The Order Process
Step 1: Selecting Your Garments
Browse our online Product Catalogue via the menu selections.
Once you have found your desired product(s):
Select your ‘Size’ and ‘Colour’.
If you require Print or Embroidery, then add your products to the basket where it will then allow you to customise your garments.
*Please note, if you do not require personalisation then proceed to basket.
Step 2: Uploading Your Artwork
Once you have selected your products; adding your artwork is then simple, once you have selected your ‘Step 1’ requirements.
This will then allow you to select the customisation on the specific products that you require personalising, which will then allow you to able upload your design(s) and to choose your desired placement.
If you require text, then please attach a file with the names required in the font you wish for embellishment.
There will be a notes selection, to allow you to add any special requirements or further information.
* Please note, we keep all designs on file therefore if it is a repeat order with the same Artwork then please select our (Pre-Paid Artwork option) then will not be charged for a second set up charge of a design.
Step 3: Checkout
Once you have completed ‘Step 1 & 2’ and you are happy with the products chosen & artwork that you provided.
You can either continue to add other products to your order or proceed to our payment page.
You will shortly receive an order received to your emails – at this point you will have nothing to do.
Shortly after, your will be processed, and will work it’s way through our factory process. You will be sent an ‘Artwork Proof’ will be sent to your emails – you will have to confirm you’re happy for us to proceed with production on your order.
Once confirmed, we will then work our magic and your order sent out dependant on one of our delivery packages.
