Plain Items

Non-Personalised Garments may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

The cost of returning the items must be paid in full by the customer – Please allow up to 7 working days for your funds to accredited back in to your bank.

Also, customers must make sure a copy of the Delivery Note with your turn (if you don’t have this anymore than you will be required to supply the Sales Order Number from the Delivery Note, where it can be clearly seen).

Personalised Garments

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any return on products that have been customised unless have made a mistake with the items or the item’s are found to have a fault.

If you believe that we have made a mistake or their is a fault in the garment, then please get in touch to discuss the issue further.

Please note* that we will not accept responsibility or offer returns on any error or misinterpretation that was not flagged by yourselves after us providing your design proofs, prior to production.
